AM-Coe workout #2, striders, and harts warm/cool. The workout went by really fast! Felt really good. Striders also felt awesome!
PM-Ran 3 miles easy with Corey. He says he's "out of shape" but he was hauling! At times it was hard to keep up. Didn't help that I dinner a little bit before because I didn't really know I was going to run. Still awesome!
