| Ran thousands today. Ran my first one with Irene and got my time. On the second one I ran with the varsity girls to see how long I could keep up. At first I thought I was going to be able to run with them for only a lap or so. I could hardly believe that I stuck with them! I was so excited! I held back a little on the last 300 meters because I felt like I was going to throw up. It was a really good run! I could hardly breath afterwards but it was worth it!

| Today we went on a trail run up by pioneer park. It was fine at the first but then it was starting to get harder. I ran with the varsity girls which was really awesome! I couldn't believe I did that! I felt fine except for being exhausted afterwards.

| Ran 7 miles. With 18 minute tempo. I ran mainly with Meskerem. Tempo was pretty good this time. I worked on my breathing and it made a big difference. I can hardly believe I ran 7 miles! This was the first time I've ran that much! I'm really happy about my run today

This was the first time I have ever stayed up with them for that long! I didn't feel as tired as I usually am. I had such a good run! I was so excited! It was so awesome! With weights after.

| Trail Run Tuesday. I was supposed to run 4 miles but Coach Roberts, Mia, Liz, and I decided to run to the top. I still can't believe I did it. I stayed with them the entire time. I felt really good. I really liked this run.

| Ran an 18 minute tempo today. I worked really hard at being mentally tough. I made sure that I wasn't getting distracted and was being positive. I noticed a big difference. It didn't seem as long and I felt like I was going faster. I might have hit my time but I'm not sure. I still felt good.

| Ran the dogtown 5k. Realized I should have done the 9k. I was close to the front and that was weird to me. I'm usually in the middle of the race so it was weird. Ran it in 22:36.72. Finished just behind Ellie. Got 3rd place in age division. I felt pretty good about it.

| I was nervous but really excited for the race. I was racing the 3200 so I had never done it before. Beforehand I got great advice from my mom and Corey that really helped me. At first I was intimidated by the 8 laps I would have to run but it really went by fast. I was really happy with just finishing! I didn't know what to expect so I just ran. There was a Snow Canyon girl infront of me that I should have caught and I really wanted to because at a point I could see her limping(sorry if that sounds mean) and I knew that was the time to catch her. I didn't catch her but I made sure there wasn't a bigger gap inbetween us. I felt like I was pretty consistent. Corey told me that at each lap I had to go faster so I could stay at the same time. I'm pretty sure I did that. I think I need to work on my last and first laps. I think my time was pretty good so that was good. I didn't feel like I was about to die with exhaustion but felt refreshed and could go run some more. With that being said I think I should have gone faster but it was my first race for the 3200 so I needed that race to know what I need to do next time to improve.

| Ran thousands today. Ran four of them. My times were 4:18, second one I'm not very sure but it's probably around the same, 4:07, and 4:21. I had a really good run! My third time was probably the fastest I've ever done that. On the second one I really kicked it into second gear and stuck with Megan and Liz. I couldn't believe it at first. That was the first time I was so mentally tough that I really believed I could do it and I did. Harts warm/cool. Weights after.

| AM- Ran 4x1000 today. Ran in the morning. Pizza warm/cool. Times were really good. I got 4:13, 4:15, 4:03, and I didn't get my time back for the fourth so I think it was probably like 4:15ish. My third time was crazy fast! I stuck with Liz and it was great motivation to keep up with her.
PM- 3 miles with striders. Short day so only a few of us were there. It still felt nice.

| Ran the 1600 m. We didn't get to warm up or anything so it threw me off. Also it was kinda warm. I'm pretty sure I still got a PR though. I felt like I could run a lot faster. Hopefully I can do better next time.

| AM-Coe workout #2, striders, and harts warm/cool. The workout went by really fast! Felt really good. Striders also felt awesome!
PM-Ran 3 miles easy with Corey. He says he's "out of shape" but he was hauling! At times it was hard to keep up. Didn't help that I dinner a little bit before because I didn't really know I was going to run. Still awesome!
