| Ran 4xthousands. Hearts warm/cool. My times were 4:19, 4:14, 4:16, and 4:19. My goal was 5:01 or something. I crushed my time. This was the fastest I've ever ran them! I feel really proud of myself! Not as consistent as I would have liked but I shouldn't be complaining. I did amazing! |

| Trail Run Tuesday. I was supposed to run 4 miles but Coach Roberts, Mia, Liz, and I decided to run to the top. I still can't believe I did it. I stayed with them the entire time. I felt really good. I really liked this run.

| Ran an 18 minute tempo today. I worked really hard at being mentally tough. I made sure that I wasn't getting distracted and was being positive. I noticed a big difference. It didn't seem as long and I felt like I was going faster. I might have hit my time but I'm not sure. I still felt good.

| Ran 5 miles with tempo. A lot of girls came which was nice. Tempo was alright. But overall a really good run.

| Ran thousands today. 4x1000 with hearts warm/cool. I think my goal was 4:56. My times were 4:08, 4:16, 4:26, and I think 4:34. I wasn't consistant at all. My first was really good but I didn't do as good as I wanted to. It was hard with no one pushing me to do better. My run was not good today.

| Mile time trial! DI warm/cool. I'm proud of my time. I got like 6:38.5. It's about 30 seconds faster than my last time. Afterwards I felt like I could have ran a little faster. A good run.

| Ran the dogtown 5k. Realized I should have done the 9k. I was close to the front and that was weird to me. I'm usually in the middle of the race so it was weird. Ran it in 22:36.72. Finished just behind Ellie. Got 3rd place in age division. I felt pretty good about it.
