Ran thousands today with hearts warm/cool. I'm supposed to run them in about 5:08. I ran them in 4:29, 4:31, 4:23, and 4:25. I did pretty good. Weights afterwards.

Trail run Tuesday.  It was really fun! We got lost a few times.  It was still really fun.  Today was a good run.

7 miles with a 18 min tempo.  I didn't do as well as I wished.  It's all in my mind though.  The run was okay.

Ran 2x800 old man hills.  I had a great run today!  The first one we did I felt good and was up with Meskerem at the end.  The second I was a little behind Liz.  This was the first time I have ever stayed up with them for that long!  I didn't feel as tired as I usually am.  I had such a good run!  I was so excited!  It was so awesome!  With weights after.
