AM- Ran 4x1000 today.  Ran in the morning. Pizza warm/cool.  Times were really good. I got 4:13, 4:15, 4:03, and I didn't get my time back for the fourth so I think it was probably like 4:15ish.  My third time was crazy fast! I stuck with Liz and it was great motivation to keep up with her. 

PM- 3 miles with striders. Short day so only a few of us were there.  It still felt nice.
